We are not responsible for your package after shipment.

PROCESSING TIME

Since each piece is carefully handmade, Please allow 5-14 business days for your order to be processed, as we experience a high volume of orders. Can slightly vary depending on volume of orders. If we have a much higher volume unexpectedly, processing time might take longer.

Please bare with us with this, we understand you want your order, and are working day and night to get them shipped out as fast as possible.

Do not order from us if you are unhappy with potential processing time delays.

Some packages have been experiencing delays due to covid. Please contact USPS if you are unsure about your package, as we have no control over packages after they are shipped out.

  

Package lost in mail?:

JadedBeautyCo is not responsible for packages after they have been shipped out. If you suspect your package was lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact USPS as soon as possible. Refunds of any kind will not be issued.

 What if I put the wrong address?

 If you put the incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to change the address if your order has not been fufilled yet.

If your shipping label was already created, a fee will be charged for a new label. If your items have been already shipped, we are not responsible.

 Package returned to sender?

If your package was returned to us, you will be responsible for it to be sent again. An invoice will be emailed to you for shipping costs.

If you choose to not have your items sent back to you, you will not be refunded shipping costs.
