My boyfriend had ordered me one of the Viral bow bracelets for me at the start of this year (January 2025) after tracking the parcel a couple MONTHS later it said the parcel should be here on the 1st of April, the 2nd of April came and no parcel had arrived, my boyfriend and i had sent various emails and a message on instagram over the week as it had still not arrived, only to read they do not offer refunds which i think is totally disgusting when the parcel never arrived,
Its not overly expensive but when paying £50 for a bracelet including shipping and it not arriving something should be done.
this was plain ignorance,
i am not the one to write reviews but when emails and messages have been sent and ignored as-well as no parcel and no refund its shocking.
